What happens if my flight is delayed?
The team monitors flights in real time. If the flight is delayed, the service automatically moves to the new arrival time at no extra charge. If the airline cancels the flight, you get a 100% refund.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before the service: 100% refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before: 50% refund. If the airline cancels your flight, you always receive a full 100% refund.
Are there any restrictions on who can use the service?
No. The service is available to every passenger on any international flight at Phuket Airport, 24/7 — families with children, seniors, and groups included. Domestic flights do not pass immigration control, so Fast Track applies to international flights only.
